Service Update – 1st September 2020

At present, we are continuing to operate an hourly service as per our Boxing Day Timetable. Detailed timings can be found here.

We would like to kindly remind passengers that wearing a face covering on all public transport in England is mandatory. To ensure this guideline is met, we have suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles. Please make sure your face covering is worn when boarding our vehicles, and is kept on for the duration of your travel.

Social distancing measures are in place on all our Air Decker buses. We have hand sanitizer when you board and alight our vehicles, and we have yellow seat signs on specific seats. The seat signs are in place to encourage passengers to keep their distance when using our vehicles. We ask all passengers to be mindful of other passengers using our service and to keep any seat with a sign on clear.

We are carefully monitoring our passenger numbers daily to ensure passenger demand is met, and our service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running on weekdays, to serve between Bath and Keynsham, this is in place to help with passenger demand, and our reduced capacity on our vehicles.

We are encouraging passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible, so cash handling is reduced. Cash is being accepted on board our vehicles when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.
