Service Update – 28th September 2020

Due to the current situation surrounding Covid-19, we are currently running a reduced service. We are operating an hourly service as per Boxing Day timetable. Detailed timings can be found here.

At present, we are closely monitoring our passengers numbers to ensure passenger demand is met, and our service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running 5 days a week, to help with passenger demand due to our reduced capacity on all our vehicles.

Yellow seat signs have been put on specific seats. This is to encourage passengers to keep their distance whilst using our service. We kindly ask all passengers to be mindful of other passengers, and keep all seats with a sign on clear. We simply ask if downstairs is full, and you cannot allocate a seat without a sign on, please take a seat on our upper deck. Priority seats at the front of the lower deck are labelled as ‘priority’ for elderly or disabled passengers who may struggle to sit further back, or on our upper deck. Please be respectful, and move to another seat if an eldery, or disabled passenger boards as this seat is for them.

Face coverings are mandatory on all forms of public tranport in England. This requirement applies on all our Air Decker vehicles. Please ensure your face covering is worn when boarding our buses, and kept on for the entire duration of your journey (short local journeys, and direct travel to and from the airport). Your face coverings should cover your nose and mouth at all times. To aid this restriction, we have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles.

Please can passengers pay via contactless payment where possible. Cash is accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.
