Service Update – 7th September 2020

We are continuing to operate an hourly service as per Boxing Day Timetable. Detailed timings can be located at https://www.airdecker.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Boxing-Day-and-New-Years-Day-Timetable-2019-20.pdf.

We are closely monitoring our passenger numbers daily, to ensure passenger demand is met, and so we can alter our service frequency accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running, weekdays only, to help with passenger demand as our vehicles have a reduce capacity limit due to the current situation surrounding Covid-19.

We kindly remind all passengers using/wishing to use our service, that face coverings are mandatory. You must wear your face covering correctly, meaning this needs to cover your nose and mouth, and must be worn when boarding our vehicles, and for the duration of your travel. Due to this guideline, we have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles. This is to aid the wearing of face coverings on all public transport in England.

We have implemented seat signage on all our vehicles to aid the social distancing measures in please. Our yellow seat signs have been placed on specific seats on the lower and upper decks, to encourage passengers to keep at a safe distance whilst using our service. We ask all passengers to please be mindful of other passengers, and ask you keep all seats with a sign on clear. Hand sanitizer is available to all passengers as you board the bus, just after the drivers cab.

Please can passengers pay via contactless payment where possible. This is to reduce the amount of cash handling for our driving team. Cash is being accepted on board our vehicles when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.
