Service Update – 26th October 2020

At present, we are continuing to operate an hourly service as per Boxing Day timetable. Detailed timings can be found at https://www.airdecker.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Boxing-Day-and-New-Years-Day-Timetable-2019-20.pdf.

Please note, from Sunday 1st November 2020, our service frequency will be changing. We will no longer be serving our Boxing Day timetable, we will be serving our original timetable. This will be available to view on our website, and social media pages in oncoming days.

Face coverings are still a mandatory requirement on all our vehicles, please ensure you board our buses with your face covering on, and we ask you kindly to keep this on for the duration of your journey. To aid this guideline, we have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles. 

Social distancing measures have been implemented on all our vehicles to ensure the safety of our driving team, and passengers. We have put yellow signs on specific seats which state “Social distancing is in place. Please keep this seat clear!”. We ask all passengers to keep all seats with a yellow sign on clear as these are in place to encourage passengers to keep at a safe distance whilst using our service.

We ask all passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible, to reduce the amount of cash handling between customers and drivers. Cash is being accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.

 

 

 

Service Update – 19th October 2020

At present, we are continuing to serve our Boxing Day timetable, which is an hourly service. Detailed timings can be found here

We are closely monitoring our passenger numbers daily, to ensure passenger demand is met, and our service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running weekdays only to help with passenger demand due to reduced capacity on our vehicles.

Social distancing measures have been implemented on all our vehicles. We have attached yellow signs to specific seats on both the lower deck, and upper deck on all our Air Decker vehicles. These are in place to encourage passengers using our service to keep at a safe distance along their journey. Please be mindful of other passengers, and keep all seats with a sign on clear.

Face coverings are mandatory on public tranport in England. This applies to all our Air Decker vehicles. We kindly ask all passengers to board our vehicles with your face coverings on, and to please keep these on for the duration of your journey. To aid this guideline, we have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles.

We are encouraging passenger to pay via contactless payment where possible, this is to reduce the amount of cash handling between customers and driving staff. We are accepting cash on board our vehicles when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.

Face coverings are to be worn when boarding our vehicles, and to be kept on for the duration of your journey. Please ensure your face covering covers your mouth and nose at all times. We have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles to help aid this mandatory guideline. 

Yellow seat signs have been allocated to specific seats on all our vehicles. This is to encourage all our passengers to keep at a safe distance whilst using our service. We kindly ask all passengers to leave all seats with a sign on clear.

Service Update – 5th October 2020

At present, we are continuing to operate an hourly service as per Boxing Day timetable. This is due to the current situation surrounding Covid-19. Detailed timings can be found here.

We are carefully monitoring our passenger numbers daily, to ensure passenger demand is met, and service frequency can be altered accordingly. Any service updates will immediately be on here (website) and our social media pages (Facebook and Twitter). We currently have a duplicate bus running in the week days, this is to help with reduced capacity on all our vehicles. 

Face coverings are a mandatory requirement, please ensure you board all our vehicles with your face covering present, and keep this on for the duration of your journey. To aid this requirement, we have temporarily suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles. 

Yellow seat signs have been placed on specific seats on both the upper deck, and lower deck. These are in place to encourage passengers to keep their distance whilst using our service. We kindly ask all our passengers to be mindful of others, and to keep at a distance. To do so, please could you leave all seats with a yellow sign on clear.
