Service Update – 23rd November 2020

We are continuing to operate our pre-covid timetable which is a half hourly service throughout the day. Detailed timings can be found at https://www.airdecker.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/New-Timetable-Nov-2019.pdf.

Due to the current climate in regards to Covid-19, we are encouraging all passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible, to reduce the amount of cash handling between our driving team and passengers using our service. Cash is being accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.

We have implemented social distancing measures on all our vehicles to keep passengers and our staff members safe. We have hand sanitizer available just after the drivers cab, and we have yellow seat signs stating “social distancing in place. Please keep this seat clear!” These signs have been allocated to specific seats, to encourage passengers using our service to keep their distance along their journey. We kindly ask all passengers to be mindful of other passengers, and keep all seats displaying a yellow sign on clear.

Face coverings are mandatory on all forms of public transport in England, therefore we ask passengers to board our vehicles wearing their face covering, and to keep them on for the duration of the journey. To aid this guideline, we have suspended the consumption of food on all our vehicles. We need to be sure all passengers keep their face coverings on, to protect themselves and others using our service.

If you are new to our service, or are pre-planning ahead and want reassurance our vehicles have social distancing measures in place, please take the time to watch our short video showing you the measures we have implemented here.
