Service Update- effective from 28th June 2021

From 28th June, Keynsham High Street will be closed to all traffic for a 3 week period. We will be unable to serve the High Street bus stop. The A4 will divert via Ashton Way and serve the Bath bound bus stop.

We are continuing to operate an hourly service which has been revised and amended at certain bus stops along our route. Detailed timings can be found at https://www.airdecker.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Revised-Covid-19-Timetable-2021.pdf.

We are closely monitoring our passenger numbers daily to ensure demand is met, and our service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus operating during peak hours on weekdays to help with early morning, and evening demand.

Face coverings remain mandatory on all our vehicles. Please ensure you board our buses with your face coverings on, and keep these on for the entire duration of your journey.

We are encouraging passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible. Cash is accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid for 24 hour use. This is to aid those in need of travel to and from early morning or late evening vaccination appointments.

We still have social distancing measures in place, such as yellow seat signs allocated to specific seats on both top deck and lower deck. These are in place to encourage passengers to keep at a safe distance whilst using our Air Decker service. So we kindly ask all passengers to be mindful of other users whilst you travel on our service.
