On the 29th April 2024, Pierrepoint Street will be closed to all traffic to facilitate roadworks overnight, between 20:00hrs – 06:00hrs. This will be for 2 nights. 

Due to this road closure, the A4 Air Decker will be unable to travel along the normal route. It will start and terminate outside the bus station (first bay on the left hand side, directly opposite Sainsburys). It will be unable to serve the normal stop on Dorchester Street, and Terrace Walk.

Journeys outside of these times will operate as normal and serve the normal route.

Due to a mechanical fault fault earlier today with one of our buses, the 10AM Departure from Bath is currently running up to 30 minutes late. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Due to an issue with one of our buses, the 13:00 departure from Bath is delayed by 30 minutes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Due to circumstances beyond our control, the 16:00 from Bath is cancelled. The service will be resuming at Unity Road. The next departure from Bath will be 17:00. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Roads re-opened – Back to normal route.

Due to an accident at the bottom of Park Lane, our Air Decker service is having to operate to a diverted route. 

Therefore, we are currently unable to serve the following bus stops on Upper Bristol Road: Monmouth Place, Nile Street, Comfortable Place, & Park Lane during this time. 

Bath > Airport: Diverting from Westgate Buildings via Lower Bristol Road. The service will then travel over Windsor Bridge and resume normal route. 

Airport > Bath: Diverting from Windsor Villas, over Windsor Bridge, along Lower Bristol Road and resuming normal route at James St. West. 

We will update you as soon as Upper Bristol Road has re-opened. 

Bath Hill and Temple Street in Keynsham will be closed from 15th April for 5 nights between 19:00hrs- 07:00hrs. As a result of these closures, our A4 Air Decker service will be diverted during this period in both directions as follows:

Bath to Airport – Normal route until Ellsbridge House, then the service will divert along Keynsham by-pass, entering Keynsham via Durley Hill and serving Keynsham Church. It will then exit Keynsham from the Church via normal route. We will be unable to serve Unity Road, Wellsway, Keynsham Memorial Park and Ashton Way

Airport to Bath – Normal route until Keynsham Church, then the service will divert back down Durley Hill to Hicks Gate and along the by-pass to Ellsbridge House . It will pick up normal route. We will be unable to serve Keynsham High Street, Keynsham Memorial Park, The Talbot and Unity Road

Due to a mechanical issue with one of our buses, we are unable to operate the 10 AM departure from Bath. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

Keynsham High Street will be closed on the 11th April 2024 overnight between 19:00 – 06:00hrs. During this time, our A4 Air Decker service will divert via Charlton Road, Ashton Way, Rock Road and Temple Street then pick up the normal route. This will be for journeys from Bristol Airport travelling towards Bath only. We will be unable to serve the Keynsham High Street stop during this period. All other journeys will operate as normal.

Due to Hengrove Way being closed between the 1st – 21st April, between 20:00-06:00, for resurfacing, the A4 Air Decker service will be diverted in both directions. The service will divert via Bamfield and Whitchurch Lane and serve the stops along this diversion route. We will be unable to serve Filwood Green and Hengrove Leisure Park while the closure is in place. 

Journeys outside of these hours will operate as normal.
