Service Update – 27th July 2020

At present, we are continuing to operate our Boxing Day timetable which is an hourly service. Detailed timings can be found here.

We are carefully monitoring our passenger numbers to ensure customer demand is met, and so we can alter our service frequency accordingly. We have a duplicate bus in operating, this is only carrying passengers from Keynsham to Bath, and back.

All of our vehicles have social distancing measures in place to ensure the safety of our passengers and driving team. Yellow seat signage has been placed on specific seats on the upper deck, and lower deck, to help encourage passengers to keep their distance along their journey. We kindly ask you keep these seats with signs on clear.

Face coverings are mandatory on all forms of public transport, and have now become mandatory in all shops and supermarkets. We kindly ask all our passengers wishing to use our Air Decker service to board our vehicles with your face coverings on, and to keep these on for the duration of your travel. This applies to passengers using our buses for short local journeys, and for direct travel to and from the Airport.

We encourage passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible to reduce cash handling. Cash is however still being accepted on board our vehicles when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.
