With ever growing concerns about climate change and pollution along with the cost involved of being a car owner, many are turning to public transport to complete their journeys. Bus Users UK have just launched a 10 Point Passenger Code to demonstrate what passengers can do (along with bus operators) to continually improve bus journeys and encourage more people on board.
This code can be found here.
Bus Users UK are calling on operators to share this code with our passengers, alongside promoting everything we can, to make buses the best and most efficient travel choice!
