Service Update – 1st June 2020

We are continuing to operate an hourly service on the A4 as per our Boxing Day timetable. Detailed stop timings can be found here.

Passengers are reminded to pay via contactless card where possible to help keep yourselves and our drivers safe. Cash is accepted on board where necessary. At present consessionary bus passes are valid at anytime. This is likely to change in the near future so please check back for any updates. 

We have started to implement social distancing signage on all our vehicles to advise all passengers where to sit and to encourage people to stay 2 metres apart.

Please can passengers endeavour to pay via contactless card payment wherever possible. Cash payments are still accepted on board. Concessionary passes are valid at any time until further notice.
With restrictions gradually lifting, and more people returning to work in the imminent future, we are ensuring that we monitor passenger numbers carefully, and will be duplicating services where necessary so that social distancing can be maintained at all times. We will be introducing signage over the coming days to assist people in choosing where to sit and to display the new maximum capacity on vehicles to keep passengers safe. 

Service Update – 21st May 2020.

We are continuing to operate an hourly service as per our Boxing Day timetable. Detailed stop timings can be found here . RTI at bus stops is accurate as is information on the Bus Checker app. This timetable will be in place over the weekend, including Bank Holiday Monday. Journeys depart on the hour from Bath, and on the half hour from Bristol Airport.

Concessionary bus passes continue to be accepted at any time until further notice.

Service Update- 14th May 2020.

We are continuing to operate an hourly service for essential journeys and those who require transport for work. We are monitoring our passenger numbers closely to ensure that passengers can practise social distancing and will increase the number of vehicles as and when this is required to ensure passenger safety.
A reminder- please can passengers endeavour to pay via contactless card payment where possible to help keep yourselves and our drivers safe. Cash  for fares will be accepted where necessary.
Concessionary bus passes are valid at all times until further notice.

We are monitoring passenger numbers closely and will increase service according to capacity and demand. We will update our social media channels and website should this occurs.

We are continuing to operate the hourly Boxing Day service for key workers and those who require essential travel along the route.

We are continuing to operate our A4 Air Decker service, but at present, we are running hourly. Details of bus stop timings can be found here.

A gentle reminder that we would appreciate it if passengers can pay via contactless card payment where possible to reduce cash handling, and helping to product both our staff members and yourselves. However, we will accept cash payments on board where this is not possible.
