We are closely monitoring our passenger numbers everyday to ensure customer demand is met, and service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running in the week, serving to and from Bath and Keynsham only to help with capacity. 

All our vehicles have social distancing measures implemented on them. Yellow seat signage is on specific seats on the upper and lower deck to help encourage passengers to keep their distance whilst travelling. We kindly ask that you do not sit on the seats with these signs displayed. 

Face coverings are a mandatory requirement. We ask all passengers to board our vehicles wearing your face coverings, and to keep these on for the duration of your travel. Your face covering must be worn correctly, meaning it must cover your nose and mouth.

We are encouraging all passengers to pay via contactless payment (card) where possible to reduce cash handling. Cash is being accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.
