Service Update – 17th August 2020

We are continuing to operate an hourly service as per our Boxing Day timetable. Detailed timings and stops can be found at https://www.airdecker.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/Boxing-Day-and-New-Years-Day-Timetable-2019-20.pdf.

It is a mandatory requirement to wear a face covering on public transport in England, and you must do so for the duration of your journey. In order to ensure passengers comply with this guideline, we are suspending the consumption of food on board all our vehicles until further notice. Please be reminded, face coverings are to be worn when boarding our vehicles as well as being kept on for the duration of your travel. They must be worn correctly, which is to be covering your nose and your mouth.

We are carefully monitoring our passenger numbers daily to ensure customer demand is met, and our service frequency can be altered accordingly. We have a duplicate bus running on weekdays, this bus will serve Bath to Keynsham and back only. It is not an extra Airport bus. This is to help with capacity.

Yellow seat signs are in place on all our vehicles to encourage passengers to keep their distance from one and another whilst travelling. Please be mindful of others thoughts and feelings towards the current situation surrounding Covid-19, and keep these seats clear.

We are encouraging passengers to pay via contactless payment where possible, to reduce the amount of cash handling. We are accepting cash on board, when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.

To see what social distancing measures we have in place, and what we are doing to help people feel safe travelling on our vehicles, please take a few minutes and watch our short video. All you have to do is click here
