Service Update – 3rd August 2020

We are continuing to operate an hourly service as per our Boxing Day timetable. Detailed timings can be found here.

We are closely monitoring our passenger numbers to ensure customer demand is met, and so we can alter our service frequency accordingly. 

We are encouraging all passengers to pay via contactless payment (card) where possible to reduce cash handling, however, cash is accepted on board when necessary. Concessionary passes are valid after 9am.

Social distancing measures have been implemented on all our vehicles to ensure the safety of our passengers and driving team. We have yellow seat signage on the upper and lower deck to encourage people to keep their distance when travelling, so we kindly ask our passengers to keep these seats clear. Face coverings are a mandatory requirement. We ask passengers to have their face coverings on when boarding our vehicles, and to keep these on for the duration of your travel. This goes from a face mask, to a scarf, but please remember if you are wearing a face mask, this must cover your nose aswell as your mouth.
